Job summary

Aon is looking for a Senior Casualty Claims Consultant to deliver tactical casualty claims services for assigned accounts, with a primary focus on workers’ compensation and exposure to auto/general liability. This is a remote, home-based role supporting Aon’s core brokerage services.

You will identify client exposures, manage claims programs, and work with carriers, TPAs, and Account Executives to improve outcomes and reduce total cost of risk, while applying project management and analytic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Proven experience adjusting or managing workers' compensation claims or multi-line claims with casualty focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify client exposures and provide customized casualty consulting services to reduce Total Cost of Risk.
• Ensure high-quality service from claims administrators and carrier partners.
• Improve client claim outcomes by analyzing claims data and building cost-containment strategies.
• Lead project plans, budgets and coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Possibly participate in business development opportunities as geographic needs dictate.
