Qualifications

• Proven experience adjusting or managing workers' compensation claims; multi-line casualty exposure a plus.
• Fluent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and strong written/verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; broker licensing may be required after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Identify client exposures and provide casualty consulting to reduce Total Cost of Risk.
• Ensure high service levels from claims administrators and carriers.
• Improve claim outcomes by analyzing costs and trends; develop best-practice approaches.
