Job summary

Aon is seeking a Casualty Claims Risk Consultant to deliver tactical, client-specific casualty claims services on assigned accounts in support of Aon's core brokerage services. This role covers workers' compensation, auto liability and general liability claims and is performed remotely from home in the United States.

The ideal candidate will monitor and review claims, maintain up-to-date status and next steps, respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinate with carriers and defense counsel,

Qualifications

• Experience in workers' compensation, auto liability and general liability claims management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of claims with proactive status updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and reviewing workers' compensation, auto liability, and general liability claims.
• Maintaining understanding of status, drivers, and next steps for all open claims and identify opportunities to move claims toward resolution.
• Providing timely responses to client inquiries regarding claim status, barriers to closure, and settlement considerations.
• Coordinating with carriers, TPAs, defense counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure claims progress.
• Identifying opportunities to improve claim outcomes through best-practice handling and data-driven recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly/semi-annual reporting and analytics for client oversight.
• Serving as a day-to-day extension of the client's claims management team.
