Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Senior Casualty Broker for a fully remote role in the United States. You will advise on casualty programs focused on loss-sensitive primary casualty, umbrella/excess liability, and related lines, coordinating with clients and markets to place and manage risk.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in casualty broking, holds the required state license, and excels in client service, negotiations, and market analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a casualty broker role with advisory capabilities.
• State-specific insurance license is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multi-market submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist and set client casualty program strategy and execute.
• Develop market relationships and manage placements for new and renewal business.
• Coordinate client meetings with carriers and internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare proposals and submissions.
• Support risk analysis, loss projections, and renewal processes.
