Job summary

Belle is seeking a Sales Call Center Agent to join our team and expand our reach in home healthcare for seniors. You will make outbound calls to introduce Belle’s services, educate on lower extremity health, and schedule in-home assessments with our technicians.

You will work from home with a flexible schedule, use CRM tools, and aim to meet daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets. Prior Medicare sales or health insurance experience is preferred, and Spanish or another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medicare sales, health insurance sales, or senior services.
• Strong verbal skills to educate and engage seniors.
• Positive, persistent, and able to handle objections.
• Familiar with CRM and call center software.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls from a lead list.
• Educate seniors on lower extremity health and chronic care management.
• Schedule in-home assessments for Belle technicians.
• Document calls and update CRM records.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly appointment targets.
