Belle is a fast-growing engagement company redefining home healthcare, focused on improving outcomes for seniors' foot health. We train and deploy Belle Technicians to assess health, collect vitals, and connect members with needed care, driving better mobility and safety at home.

In the Sales Call Center Agent role, you will make outbound calls to seniors, educate them about lower extremity health and chronic care solutions, build trust, and schedule in-home assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medicare sales or health insurance sales preferred.
• Ability to educate and build trust with seniors.
• Experience with outbound calls and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to seniors and introduce Belle's services.
• Schedule in-home health assessments for Belle Technicians.
• Educate seniors about lower extremity health and chronic care management.
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients.
• Accurately document calls and update CRM records; meet appointment goals.
