Belle, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Call Center Agent to expand our reach in home healthcare for seniors. You will make outbound cold calls to introduce Belle’s services, educate on lower extremity health, build rapport, and schedule in-home assessments with our technicians.

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, paid training, flexible scheduling, and the option to work from home.

Formación

• Experience in Medicare/healthcare sales or senior services is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to educate and engage seniors.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to handle objections effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound cold calls from a provided lead list to introduce Belle’s services.
• Educate seniors on lower extremity health and chronic care management.
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients through clear communication.
• Schedule in-home health assessments for seniors with Belle technicians.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Document calls and update CRM with customer interactions.
