Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience promoting surgical devices to physicians and hospital decision-makers preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plan to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Develop relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to expand utilization of Cardiac Surgery therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities within existing and competitive accounts.
• Deliver product education, procedural support, and clinical expertise to ensure safe and effective product use.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans to drive territory performance.
• Meet the physical demands of frequent travel and work in clinical environments.
