Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior CardioVascular Surgery Sales Rep to drive western Ohio accounts (Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton). You will partner with surgeons and OR teams to promote Cardiac Surgery technologies and expand portfolio adoption.

The role requires frequent travel, ability to work after-hours, and a track record of achieving revenue targets in medical devices. This is a remote-ready, full-time position in the Columbus area.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the Western OH territory.
• Strong relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory business plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and market-share objectives.
• Develop relationships with cardiac surgeons, clinical staff, and key decision-makers to expand utilization.
• Identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities within existing and competitive accounts.
• Deliver product education, procedural support, and clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and R&D to address customer needs.
• Manage territory assets, inventory, expenses, and reporting.
• Travel as required to customer sites and work in clinical environments.
