Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with extensive relevant experience.
• Alternative degrees paired with multiple years in sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus several years in medical device sales acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plan to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Develop relationships with cardiac surgeons, clinical staff, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities within accounts.
• Deliver product education, procedural support, and clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and R&D to meet needs.
• Manage territory assets, inventory, and reporting.
• Meet travel requirements and the physical demands of the role.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
