You will lead global supplier engagements, develop sourcing strategies, monitor market trends, and drive cost-saving initiatives while collaborating with engineering, finance, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Certifications such as CIPS are highly regarded.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience with capital goods focus.
• Proven track record negotiating large-value contracts and managing international supply chains.
• Strong analytical, risk management and contract law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for capital goods and technology.
• Develop sourcing strategies and engage global suppliers.
• Conduct market analysis, risk assessments and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate price, terms, conditions, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Manage relationships with capital equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
• Oversee contract administration and compliance.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering and finance teams.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting sourcing.
• Prepare procurement reports for senior management.
