DEPT® is seeking a Senior Campaign Producer to join our Global Studios team. This six-month fixed-term contract is fully remote, aligned to PST hours from Canada, and focuses on delivering multiple integrated marketing campaigns.

You will translate briefs into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-brief delivery, and drive quality from concept to launch. Seven+ years of experience and strong project management are required.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of integrated marketing or campaign management experience.
• Experience managing campaigns from brief through launch independently.
• Strong strategic and business judgement with a customer focus.
• Excellent project-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance.

Responsabilités

• Translate high-level requests into clear, actionable campaign briefs.
• Define campaign objectives, audiences, messages, and success measures.
• Lead kickoffs, debriefs, and resolve gaps with teams.
• Manage campaigns across creative, QA, publishing, and reporting.
• Review work for alignment with the brief and quality standards.
• Provide concise feedback and push for excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines.
• Report progress, risks, and next steps.
• Troubleshoot campaign builds and configurations.
