Job summary

Hovercraft is seeking a Mid-Level Producer to join the Team. The role collaborates with in-house creative and management teams, working with clients on integrated campaigns, brand systems, Retail and Environmental design, and interactive installations.

You will oversee timelines, deliverables, and project status, and help manage multiple workstreams while staying aligned with briefs. Remote-friendly environment with travel to client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing projects and teams with a focus on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content & animation.
• Excellent communicator with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Collaborative team player that is highly motivated, proactive, and positive.
• Ability to work effectively with remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of creative leads, designers, animators, and producers to support project execution.
• Implement and follow processes, manage multiple workstreams and teams.
• Develop project plans with other Producers and the Executive Producer.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and communicate status to ensure on time/budget/scope.
