Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join a client marketing team on a remote, fixed-term basis. The role will own multiple campaigns from brief through launch and reporting, translating business needs into briefs and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in integrated marketing or campaign management, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in integrated marketing or campaign management.
• Experience independently managing campaigns from brief to launch.
• Ability turning ambiguity into clear direction and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requests into clear, actionable campaign briefs.
• Define campaign objectives, audiences, key messages, deliverables and measures of success.
• Lead project kickoffs and debriefs, resolving gaps and answering team questions.
• Manage multiple campaigns across creative development, reviews, approvals, production, QA, publishing and reporting.
• Review copy, design and execution against the brief, customer need and quality standards.
• Provide clear feedback and challenge work that is not meeting standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities, timelines and dependencies.
• Provide progress updates, decisions, risks and next steps.
• Identify and resolve problems independently, escalating when needed.
• Apply campaign results and learnings to improve future work.
• Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns within notification platforms, including targeting and personalization.
