Sul Lee Law Firm, PLLC is a fast-growing, Dallas-based Business, IP, and Corporate Law Firm with a dynamic and entrepreneurial client base—from startups to international corporations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transaction Attorney (Remote) to join our close-knit team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly skilled attorney with a strong background in corporate and transactional law and a passion for serving growing businesses. This is a senior-level, primarily remote position offering the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership, mentor junior attorneys, and take the lead on complex transactional matters.

Please Note: This position requires the ability to attend in-person quarterly meetings at our Dallas, Texas office. All other work may be performed remotely.

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 DOE
