Job Title: Family Law Attorney (100% Remote – California-Based)

Join a respected, client-focused family law firm that values flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance. We’re looking for a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our remote team and help make a real difference in the lives of California families.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a full range of family law matters — divorce, custody, support, DV, and property division.
• Represent clients through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in court as needed — no daily commute to the office required.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity throughout every step of the case.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of family law experience (CFLS a plus)
• Strong knowledge of CA family law & procedures
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Must reside in California
