Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Sr. Business System Analyst to drive discovery, define business and system requirements, and guide complex technology initiatives from requirements to user acceptance. You will partner with architects and developers to shape solutions and ensure scope clarity.

The ideal candidate has advisory strengths, technical fluency, and the ability to balance priorities while aligning with client workflows and business goals. Remote US-based role, visa sponsorship unavailable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation from requirements to user acceptance.
• Management experience in similar roles.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• 4+ years of experience with Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping by gathering and defining project requirements.
• Understand client workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define solution recommendations.
• Draft and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the solution.
• Proactively identify and address project risks.
• Manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
