Ladders is seeking a Lead Sr. Business System Analyst to drive discovery, define business and system requirements, and guide complex technology initiatives from requirements to user acceptance. You will partner with architects and developers to shape solutions and ensure scope clarity.

The ideal candidate has advisory strengths, technical fluency, and the ability to balance priorities while aligning with client workflows and business goals. Remote US-based role, visa sponsorship unavailable.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation from requirements to user acceptance.
• Management experience in similar roles.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• 4+ years of experience with Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Sr. Business System Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the discovery and definition of business and system requirements across complex technology initiatives. The position partners closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to shape solution recommendations, document scope, and help ensure projects move from requirements through user acceptance with clarity and control. The ideal candidate will bring strong advisory skills, technical fluency, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping delivery aligned to client workflows and business goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 annually
