Job summary

iCUBE Solutions in the Bay Area (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Architect with deep Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience, including Salesforce and NetSuite, to lead cross-functional initiatives translating business needs into scalable product capabilities and integrations.

You will independently own workstreams, drive solution discussions with stakeholders and engineering, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade O2C solutions across onboarding, billing, invoicing

Qualifications

Senior Technical Product Manager, Product Architect, or Technical Business Systems Analyst experience.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (Onboarding, Billing, Invoicing, Revenue recognition, Collections).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite within enterprise processes.
Ability to own workstreams and lead solution discussions with business and technical teams.
Experience defining business and system requirements and designing scalable solutions.
Experience with enterprise applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead product and solution discovery workshops.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into product capabilities, user stories, technical requirements, and solution designs.
Drive backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Design solutions for complex O2C business processes.
Identify cross-system dependencies and integration requirements.
Support product delivery and implementation activities.
Drive stakeholder alignment and executive communication.
Independently own and drive large-scale initiatives.
