Job summary

North South Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to document requirements, validate acceptance criteria, and coordinate with government contacts. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of domain experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• US Citizen – No dual citizenship.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience writing or troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience working with/in a software development team/environment.
• Experience eliciting and documenting software requirements.
• Demonstrated technical writing capabilities.
• Preferred: IAT II certification.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business functional and operational requirements including HCMS activities.
• Participate in requirements peer reviews with developers.
• Conduct requirements validation with users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members.
• Create required reports to research, validate, and verify analytical information.
• Ensure operational process definitions are documented and verifiable.
• Participate in testing software changes for compliance.
• Serve as liaison between the team and government contacts.
• Collaborate with Project Management to gain approvals on deliverables.
• Create technical processes to reduce inefficiency.
