Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have strong background in software development with SAFe/Agile.
- Excellent written and oral communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements elicitation and management using ALM tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
- Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM.
- Manage requirements in an ALM tool and create user stories.
- Perform Agile requirement management for product teams and backlog refinement.
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impacts on technical solutions.
- Write and deliver project documents to clients; manage risks and issues.
