You will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and drive compliant solutions across Agile/Waterfall SDLCs.

This remote role offers visibility, autonomy, and impact on strategic healthcare programs.

Qualifications

6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
Healthcare payer experience.
Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives in a growing payer environment.
Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
Analyze data, perform testing, and support regulatory reporting.
Drive processes forward, schedule calls, and push for progress.
Work with challenging stakeholders and lead projects independently.
Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
