Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II for a fully remote role operating on EST. The candidate will support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing payer environment, partnering with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.

You will analyze data, perform testing, and assist with regulatory reporting while navigating both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and politely persistent to schedule calls to help move things along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
