Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a disciplined Business Systems Analyst II for a fully remote opportunity supporting Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives. You will work with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to drive important healthcare programs in a fast-growing payer environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in business analysis, strong Medicare Encounter processing experience, and solid SQL skills to analyze data, validate results, and support

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Experience with Medicare Encounter processing.
• Experience with validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Experience in healthcare payer environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Experience in UAT planning and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive projects forward independently with challenging stakeholders.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
