Job summary

CTG is staffing a Business Systems Analyst IV for a remote, 12-month engagement. You will drive moderately complex to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation, lead testing efforts, and mentor junior staff.

You will gather requirements, craft functional specs, and collaborate with vendors and business lines to ensure solutions meet regulatory and enterprise needs. You will coordinate estimates, manage change control, and support post-implementation debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare well documented functional specifications, test plans, and test cases; analyze moderately complex data and mentor staff.
• Serve as functional lead on moderately complex projects; schedule and facilitate meetings.
• Discuss changes with business clients; document functional specifications and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate estimates for projects including timelines and phases.
• Act as SME on enterprise initiatives and work with vendors to understand functionality.
• May act as Test Coordinator for large projects; support UAT and testing activities.
• Document data mapping for system integration and conversions; support regulatory requirements.
