You will lead UAT activities, shape test strategy, and coordinate quality assurance across CAPS systems and related enterprise apps. The role requires strong experience in manual and automated testing, regression suites, defect management, and requirements analysis, with collaboration across stakeholders, SMEs, BSOs, vendors, and project teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years in QA/UAT/BA roles for enterprise systems.
3+ years in test automation and automation strategy.
Experience with data quality validation and reconciliation.
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Lead UAT activities across projects, including test execution and issue tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, BSOs, and vendors to validate requirements.
Develop and maintain UAT strategies, plans, and scenarios.
Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
Manage defect lifecycle and release readiness.
Coordinate with SIT and vendors to optimize testing efforts.
