Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to translate business needs into quality software solutions within an Agile environment. This role supports enterprise-wide software and collaborates with vendors and business units to improve products and processes.

You will drive SDLC activities, document requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and participate in scrum events.

Qualifications

Two-year degree in IT, Project Management or Business Administration or 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Management or related field with 2+ years of experience.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 2-year degree.
Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees all aspects of the SDLC for enterprise-wide software solutions.
Drives joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions.
Provide high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders.
Identifies software functional gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with product owners to create product backlog using Agile.
Creates user stories with acceptance criteria.
Participates as technical SME from start to finish in projects.
Participates in scrum events and supports Agile practices.
Designs and documents process flows, requirements, diagrams and reports using Visio/Office tools.
Provides Tier 2 application support for day-to-day operations.
80% project support, 20% process improvement; manage upgrades and triage incidents.
Communicate progress per service levels and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Establish relationships with business lines and external providers.
On-call support for after-hours impairments or major outages.
