Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our nationwide Financial Services team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving development of customer-facing digital lending solutions for mortgage, banking, or auto finance clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting external portals or lending websites and working across SDLC with Agile teams to deliver compliant, scalable portals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience in Mortgage Lending, Banking, or Auto Finance.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Proven experience developing external customer portals or online lending platforms.
• Experience leading projects building lending portals from ground up.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Analyze lending workflows and recommend improvements.
• Lead requirements sessions for development of external customer-facing websites and self-service portals.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, UX/UI, and product teams through SDLC.
• Support design and implementation of online lending portals from concept to production.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Create process flows, documentation, and training materials as needed.
