Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Business Solutions Lead to guide complex solution design initiatives, influence business transformation, and deliver innovative solutions for clients and communities. This remote role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, owning the end-to-end solution strategy, and driving pursuit success across opportunities, from pre-bid to delivery.

Minimum 7+ years’ experience and a Bachelor's degree are expected. This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading solution design workstreams for complex pursuits.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Government health and human services/public-sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid strategy to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate analytical findings into solution decisions, design inputs, risks, and proposal content.
• Present and defend solution approaches with leadership, capture teams, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in client workshops and demonstrations to support pursuit strategy and solution credibility.
