Quartz Health Solutions seeks a Senior Business Solutions Architect to drive the platform roadmap for the core administration EMR system. You will partner with technology leadership and business partners to scale enterprise architecture, translate requirements into designs, and guide cross-functional teams through complex projects.

You will advise leadership on platform strategy, contribute to roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet business objectives while balancing technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in application design, business analysis, technical leadership, or related fields with 3+ years SDLC.
• Epic Tapestry Tracks certifications or willingness to obtain within a year.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience with delivery maturity.
• TOGAF knowledge and architecture standards familiarity.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with executive leadership to shape future vision, strategy, and core operating model.
• Lead or participate in architecture reviews and governance, and maintain architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business owners to align applications, integrations, and security with roadmap.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide value-based recommendations.
• Lead vendor reviews and engagements following RFP standards.
• Provide design leadership for integration of business processes, apps, and data security.
