Job summary

Quartz Health Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Specialist to join our Business Capabilities team in supporting system configurations and upgrades within Epic. You will oversee delivery and implementation of technical solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will apply SDLC, Agile, Kanban, and other delivery methodologies to improve predictability and drive improvements while ensuring governance and successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 4+ years of IT project or service delivery management experience.
• Healthcare experience with Epic systems or similar platforms.
• Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex technology initiatives by developing work plans, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversees dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions by coordinating mitigation activities and maintaining delivery continuity.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and governance checkpoints through testing, validation, and reviews.
• Applies SDLC, Agile, Kanban, and other delivery methodologies to improve predictability and efficiency.
