The role requires a minimum of three years of commercial and small business relationship experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and, for senior level, a track record of $15,000,000 in production.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of proven commercial and small business relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Senior BDO must have produced $15,000,000 in volume in the previous year.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to sell Government Guaranteed Loans and other banking products.
• Analyze economic trends for target marketing.
• Structure financing proposals and negotiate terms.
• Network with referrals, brokers, and sources to source deals.
• Obtain information for initial credit underwriting.
