Job summary

First Internet Bank in Fishers, IN is seeking an SBA Loan Closer I to ensure timely review and closing of SBA transactions. You will coordinate with lenders, credit administration, loan operations, and customers while maintaining SBA SOP compliance and adherence to bank policies.

The role requires familiarity with title commitments, lien perfection, and various SBA loan types; you will manage deadlines, multi-task, and deliver exceptional customer service across internal and external

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of general banking experience or loan closing experience.
• SBA closing experience preferred and heavy volume closing experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SBA lenders, Credit Administration, Loan Ops, and customers on closings.
• Review title commitments and legal documents to ensure SBA and bank requirements are met.
• Prepare lien perfection documents and Equity Injection documentation as needed.
