PharMerica, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Business Development Associate for the Long-Term Care Pharmacy / Skilled Nursing segment. You will lead outbound sales, qualify leads, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth in SNF markets.

The role requires B2B sales experience and the ability to communicate with executive leaders. The position is remote with 50-75% travel, and applicants must reside in Utah, Nevada, or Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities
