Job summary

PharMerica, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive growth in the Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing markets. This remote role requires 50-75% travel and territory coverage across Utah, Nevada and Arizona.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in inside sales or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree and strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills. Competitive compensation plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, communications, or equivalent experience in related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or business-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills; high call volume experience; strong presentation skills both remote and in person.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Research potential leads from directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshow.
• Create and maintain prospective client contact lists/databases.
• Present and deliver information to potential clients for outside sales follow up.
• Coordinate with sales team to transfer leads and advance the process.
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Excel) with target client data.
• Close pre-qualified appointments for the sales team.
