PharMerica, a BrightSpring Health Services company, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive growth in the Skilled Nursing/LTC market. You will lead outbound sales, qualify leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing CRM data and client relationships.

The role is remote with 50-75% travel; candidates must reside within the Utah/Nevada/Arizona territory and have 1–3 years in inside sales or related fields.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, communications, or equivalent experience in related field
• Required: One to three years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or business-related field
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools; ability to present to executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and outbound outreach to prospective clients
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
• Research leads from directories, web, and digital resources
• Qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, and referrals
• Maintain contact database and present information to clients
• Support outside sales follow-up and schedule qualified appointments
• Track performance metrics and manage CRM data
