Job summary

PharMerica, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Director of Business Development - Skilled Nursing to lead growth in the long-term care market. This is a remote role with 50-75% travel and territory coverage for Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will partner with cross-functional teams to roll out growth initiatives, execute strategic sales plans, and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, customer service, or business-related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office and CRM apps.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting to potential clients.
• Qualify leads from digital campaigns and tradeshows.
• Maintain contact database of prospective clients.
• Present and deliver information for outside sales follow up.
• Collaborate with sales to advance the sales process.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics.
