Job summary

PharMerica, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Business Development Associate for the Long-Term Care Pharmacy sector. This remote role covers Utah, Nevada, and Arizona with 50–75% travel, driving growth in Skilled Nursing facilities and related markets.

The role requires 1–3 years in inside sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication with executive-level stakeholders. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and expand client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business discipline or equivalent
• 1–3 years' inside sales or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads
• Understand client needs and present suitable solutions
• Research leads from directories, web searches, and digital resources
• Maintain a target client database and track sales metrics
• Collaborate with sales team to move leads through the pipeline
• Schedule and secure pre-qualified appointments for the sales team
