You will bridge business stakeholders and software teams to translate needs into clear requirements and ensure delivery across the SDLC.

The role emphasizes creating user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and documentation; you will work in a remote U.S. environment, with core hours in Central Time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years gathering business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, or similar methods.
• 8+ years documenting detailed functional and system requirements.
• 8+ years working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 8+ years of business process analysis, process improvement, or process reengineering experience.
• 8+ years developing user stories and use cases for software development projects.
• 8+ years creating wireframes and mockups using usability and user experience best practices.
• 5+ years facilitating meetings with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• 5+ years producing clear and organized professional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and goals.
• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements for development teams.
• Create and maintain user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize solutions.
• Bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Track requirements through design, development, testing, and implementation; facilitate meetings.
• Support Agile activities and maintain requirements in Jira or similar tools.
• Produce clear, professional documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
