Qualifications

• Business analysis & requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into actionable artifacts.
• Draft and maintain currentstate/futurestate process maps, SOPs, and requirements summaries.
• Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, and document results.
• Contribute to enduser training materials and training sessions.
• Support program objectives and timelines with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis & requirements support: Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Draft and maintain currentstate/futurestate process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.
• Testing & validation support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.
• Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to enduser training materials and trainthetrainer sessions; observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.
