Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst for a 100% U.S.-based remote role with the VA. The ideal candidate will lead elicitation, document and manage software requirements, and drive Agile/SAFe practices across the product lifecycle.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Engineering, 10 years of professional experience, and strong JIRA/ALM tooling knowledge. U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document and elaborate requirements in an ALM tool with stakeholders.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and ensure traceability.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Develop and validate user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and contractors to document requirements.
• Conduct backlog refinement and manage evolution of backlog items.
• Work with Systems Engineers to assess impacts on solutions.
