Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool.
Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
Develop and document business, functional, and technical requirements; conduct interviews and model processes.
