Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong software development and SAFe experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel.
• Strong analytical skills combining information from multiple sources.
• Expertise with JIRA tools.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool (JIRA).
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews, lead sessions, and develop process models and specifications.
• Document requirements with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories and decompose into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Perform requirements traceability and validate integration with test cases.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions.
• Develop and maintain project/product backlog and change control.
