Job summary

Logic20/20 Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale modernization initiative. You will analyze and document complex business processes, engage with SMEs and project teams, and translate operations into clear, standardized documentation.

This role emphasizes governance, validation, and high-quality deliverables. You will facilitate SME interviews, walkthroughs, and validation sessions, and maintain detailed process models using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Five+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, with at least three years in the past seven years.
• Experience documenting complex business processes and system interactions in large organizations.
• Experience producing process documentation using client templates and notation standards.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and obtain formal validation of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions across functions.
• Develop detailed process documentation and system interaction models using templates and standards.
• Partner with SMEs to gather information and validate documentation for accuracy.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder interviews and reviews.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and questions; resolve them with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process models using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Manage multiple deliverables with milestones and deadlines.
• Track deliverable status and feedback through review cycles.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support objectives.
• Participate in governance processes including approvals, change control, and risk escalation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and formally validated.
