Job summary

Logic20/20 is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale modernization initiative. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, including at least three years in the past seven years.
• Experience documenting complex business processes and system interactions in large organizations.
• Ability to develop clear, detailed process documentation following client templates and standards.
• Experience facilitating SME interviews, discovery workshops, and validation sessions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; working knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams.
• Experience in governance environments with formal review, approval, and change control processes.
• Experience supporting workers’ compensation, insurance claims, benefits administration, or regulatory processes.
• Experience with public-sector projects and PMO/matrix environments.
• Professional BA certification (CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA) favored.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions across functions and tech systems.
• Develop detailed process documentation and system interaction models using templates and notation standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information, validate current-state operations, and ensure accuracy.
• Schedule and run stakeholder interviews, walkthroughs, and documentation reviews.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and questions; drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process models using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Manage multiple documentation deliverables with milestones and deadlines.
• Track deliverable status, stakeholder feedback, and review cycles.
• Work with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support program objectives.
• Participate in governance processes including reviews, approvals, and change control.
• Ensure documentation is validated and aligns with program standards.
