Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the AOUSC PACER Development team.

The role focuses on requirements development, analysis, and testing for enterprise IT systems used to provide secure public access to court electronic records. The candidate will refine business requirements, write user stories, coordinate testing, and collaborate with architects, testers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment and timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting the product owner and agile team, eliciting business needs, maintaining user stories, writing and maintaining technical documentation, modeling business processes and system requirements, architecture and data.
• Experience assisting with testing, by writing acceptance criteria and confirming test cases results.
• Experience with producing relevant and current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks prior to sprints starts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and program planning meetings for the PACER team.
• Work with customer to ensure alignment with expectations and control scope.
• Collaborate with Architects, Testers, POs and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment with deliverables.
• Capture input from stakeholders and analyze variations among Court types and local rules.
• Validate completed work items to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
