Job summary

You will drive backlog decomposition, work with Fed BAs and Product Owners, and ensure alignment with customer expectations while controlling scope. The role focuses on defining ready-for-sprint work, crafting process narratives, and delivering end-to-end validation across cloud-based enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing, decomposing and documenting detailed requirements.
• Experience developing requirements into technical user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience designing cloud-based IT solutions and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and program planning to map customer journeys.
• Own backlog decomposition strategy and ensure consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with expectations and manage scope.
• Provide metrics, dashboards, Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
• Ensure a healthy backlog ready for sprint planning and resolve impediments.
• Support test teams with validation and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flows and narratives using Visio and related tools.
