General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr DevSecOps Engineer to support the PACER development team, building secure, scalable systems for public access to court records. You will develop, operate, and maintain PACER account management, authentication, and billing components, plus internal admin tools.

The role demands strong DevSecOps experience, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux/Java expertise. Remote-friendly, with a compensation range of $114,750–$155,250 and standard benefits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT system engineering, development, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of security compliance and security controls.
• Proficient in C, Java, JSF, Tomcat, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, CSS, or Linux shell.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support PACER-related systems and internal tooling.
• Ensure compliance with PCI and other security standards via secure DevSecOps practices.
• Design, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end software across the SDLC.
• Create and document use cases, test cases, and system validation results.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with stakeholders.
