Job Description

Apply knowledge and analytics to develop and communicate timely, accurate, and actionable insights to the business through modeling, visualization, and optimization. Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and predicting operational processes, performance, and Key Performance Indicators. Communicate with site leadership, operations, and finance regarding efficiency, customer requirements, account-specific issues, and insights into business operations and customer needs.

Communicate complex findings and recommendations to influence action using hindsight, insight, and foresight techniques.
Leverage knowledge of business and data structures to identify and anticipate problems where data can provide solutions.
Utilize spreadsheets, databases, and relevant software for ongoing analysis of operational activities.
Apply data visualization to discover insights and reduce Cycle Time to Action (CTA).
Assist site operations in identifying areas for improving service levels, reducing costs, and operational enhancements.
Support account start-up analysis and report implementation as needed.
Develop standardized and ad hoc reporting for sites and customers.
Streamline and automate internal and external reporting processes.
Investigate and recommend new technologies and information systems.
Conduct feasibility analyses on processes and equipment to increase operational efficiency.
Partner with Finance to develop models analyzing productivity and payroll, calculating cost benefits and proposing solutions.
Develop predictive models to support decision-making.
Design and implement data gathering and reporting methods for Operations.
Coordinate with Operations Systems to resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with ILD on customer solution modeling, providing data and insights for pursuits.
Assist finance and leadership in modeling yearly labor budgets based on operational changes.

Required Education and Experience

Undergraduate degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of analytics experience.
