Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Uncover trends and correlations to develop insights for operational decisions.
Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions.
Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards for management.
Collaborate across the organization to implement enterprise-wide data solutions.
Support business reviews for strategic clients with data-driven insights.
Analyze and document client requirements and IT solutions across functions.
Communicate findings effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
